What Does The Following Semen Analysis Indicate?

semen analysis found that i have all dead sperm with poor morpholgy and less motality,but after after TESE for ICSI my urologist found healthy live sperm from my both side of testicular,pls suggest me what is causing problem?means semen is produce by both the testicals but after ejaculation it result all dead?

Hi, I think there is some post testicular problem like epididymal defect or varicocele or some infections. Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done. Take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. You can repeat a semen analysis in 1 month with 3 to 5 days of abstinence.
