Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the report of semen analysis, following things can be noted:
1. Semen volume is within normal limits.
2. Sperm count is also within normal limits.
3. Sperm motility is less
4. Sperm morphology is altered to a great extent.
Hence, it can be concluded that the chances of fertility is less than normal, mainly because of altered sperm morphology.
Kindly consult Andrologist for proper management of this condition.
