I understand your concern.
The following inferences can be drawn based on the
semen analysis reports you have enclosed.
1. Physical characteristics like Volume, colour, viscosity and reaction are normal.
2. Total count is indicating to be quite less than normal.
3. Motility with 60% or above can be considered as good.
4. Microscopy is not indicating any infection.
Hence, the fertility index seems to be low by means of the above findings.
However, it could be tried for improvement by taking some of the nutrients along with like L-carnitine,
Alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10,
Vitamin E, Selenium, Lecithin and Zinc as supplements along with, which should help to regain
sperm count, morphology features and its functioning capacity.
After a period of one month, semen analysis can be repeated to look for the response to the treatment as well as improvement.
