What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

I Kamrul from Bangladesh, I am 30 years. My semen is very liquid, from my Maturity I used to Masturbation, It was 4 -5 times per month. From 2014 to till now I do not masturbate , but I watch Pornography , during watching video I become very emotional and semen come out with out masturbation. Recently I have a semen diagnosis . 13.08.2016 semen volume .02 Ml Morphology : Normal sperm : 60 million Actively motile : 50% Feebly Motile: 10% Non Motile: 40 % semen colour :gray white I want to know am I fertile? Can I hope to get baby from my wife? If not , what I have to do?

Understand your concern
Compare your semsn analysis with the normal semen analysis:
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________2____Normal
Total Sperm count:40-300 million________60 million__normal
Active motile sperm : 50% motile at one hour after ejaculation_50__normal
Colour: greyish to white_______________normal

So from the present parameter of the semen analysis is complelety normal.
You can become the fathe of the child.

Do regualr excercise.
Take high protein diet, almonds, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water and avoid stress.
