General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis:
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ___________1 ml___low
Color: greyish white________________Greyish White___normal
Liquefaction time: 20-30 minutes__________after 30 min__increased
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/ml____1______very low
Active motile sperm : 50% motile at one hour after ejaculation__but you have 10 % suggest very low motility of sperm.
Pus cell: up to 5 ____________2-3____may be normal
Squamous epithelial cell: few ____________normal
Morphology: >4 % or more____________90%___normal

So according to your report, morphology is normal but very low motility and count.
Sorry to say but normal pregnancy is not possible with this sperm parameter.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo USG pelvis, CBC, ESR, reproductive hormone analysis to detect the problem.
tablet clomiphene citrate, gonadil F and CO Q will help.
Take healthy diet: high protein diet, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Avoid stress.
Hope this may help you
