Hello dear I understand your concern All the parameter of the semen analysis is normal except liquefaction time. You have good sperm count and motility. I would suggest to go for post coital test. If it will come normal then noting to worry about. In case of abnormal, it could be due to infection in genital tract, any defect in accessory sexual gland, prostatitis. Fo that USg scan of pelvis and scrotum, semen culture will help to diagnose the cause by consulting the urologist. Infection can be treated by proper prescribed antibiotic.
