What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

hi dr. i am 32 year old and got married l.st 8 months before and trying to concieve. i got semen analysis results found as mentioned below total sperm count 75 mill/mlmotility active 65% Sluggish 15% dead 20% Abnormal 05% WBC S NIl/ HPF RBC S NIL/HPF EPITHELIAL Rare/HPF KINDLY COMMENT

Understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal seminal fluid analysis:
Sperm count: 40-300 million__________________75__normal
Active and motile: at least 50 % should be normal____65__normal

Morphology: atleast 30 percent should be normal____in your report more than 30 percent are normal.
WBC, RBC are absent ________________________normal

So your semen analysis report is completely normal.
If you have problem in conceive then also test female partner cause.
Take following advice:
Take fresh vegetables, fruits and dry fruits in daily diet.
Intake of spicy and excessive sweets must be avoided.
Take Foods rich in zinc: such as lambs, wheat, oysters, beans, nuts, red meats,and pumpkin
Tablet Vitamins C, E and especially B12 (tablet revital)
Drink more than 8 glasses of water a day.
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga in early morning.
