General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fibrin clots- fibrin clots, the semen has areas that have bound together/clotted
Viscous- thick

The concentration and sperm count are good, at least 40% of sperm should be motile (moving)- so this is good as well.

The morphology (appearance of the sperm), is low though it is just above the cut of limit. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that it should be above 4%, yours is 6% so it is just normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
