What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Is it is possible to become father with the following semen characteristics? Semen volume 3 ml Total count: 25 million/ml Rapid progressive: 20 % Slow progressive: 10 % Non progressive motility: 10% Immotile : 60 % Agglutination: - Vitality: - morphology ( per 100 sperms) Normal: 55 % Abnormal: 45% head defects: 10 % tail defects : 20 % Neck & Mid Piece Defects: 05% Cytoplasmic Droplets: 05% Headless Pinhead : 05% Pus Cells : 6-8 Red Blood Cells : 2-4 Epithelial Cells: Nil Miscellaneous : Nil Can you suggest any medicine for the improvement.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have low sperm count and low motility compared to the normal sperm analysis.
Presence of the pus cel may be due to infection in the male genital tract.
Blood cell may be due to breakage of the testis blood barrier.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo color doppler USG of pelvis, semen culture to rule ot the any problem in male sexual accessory gland.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic for the infection.
Tablet clomiphene citrate, Co Q, gonadil F will helpful
Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet
Do regualr exercise and avoid smoking and alcohol.
