Physical Examination Age 32 Colour White White to Grey Volume 2.0 ml 2 – 5 Consistency Viscid Viscid, Opalescent pH 8.0 7.2 – 8.0 Liquefaction Time 30 Minutes 20 – 60 Microscopic Examination Total count 17 Million/ml =/ 20 Rapidly Motile 50 % =/ 50 Sluggish Motile 15 % Normal sperm morphology 60 % 60 Abnormal sperm morphology 40 % Pus cells/HPF 18-20 0 – 5 RBCs /HPF Nil Nil Non-Motile 35 % Comments Oligozospermia. Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have gone through your seman analysis.
All the semen parameter are normal except count, presence of the count.
You have low sperm count
And high pus cell suggests infection in the urinary tract and genital tract.
Low sperm count may be due to the infection.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo semen culture and color USG scan of the scrotum and pelvis.
Treatment will treated by the antibiotic course.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Tablet Co Q, gonadil F will help.
Drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
