According to who criteria for normal semen parameter, your semen report is absolutely normal
For your knowledge here are some normal who criteria....
-Minimum sperm count should be 20 million per ml
-motility should 40% at least and rapidly progressive sperm should be 32% at least
-morphology at least 4% normal as per strict criteria (usually 30% morphology considers normal)
So don't worry about your semen report
