What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

I get my semen analysis.in this analysis,my wbc and Rbc were high rate.are these normal?how can i cure it?please if for you have possible describe my semen analysis as follow as: liquefaction.........Entire 30 min at 37 c color and smell......Gray,opaque,Fishy smell viscosity.........normal agglutination:none aggregation:none semen volume(ml)..........4.00 semen ph:......7.90 sperm count(MillMl).......84.34 motile sperm:.......61.68 progressive sperm:........54.21 rapid progressive:22.43 slow progressive:31.78 non progressive:7.48 immotile:38.32 normal morphology:.......70 abnormal morphology:......30 RBC:.......10-12PH WBC........25-30

Hello dear
I understand your concern
There are various causes oh high WBC and RBC like infection, blood cancer.
Treatment will depend on the sign and symptoms.
So please upload whole report and sign & symptoms.
Your all parameter of semen are normal except presence of RBC.
It could be due to infections and breakage of the testis blood brain barrier.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo color doppler scrotum and semen culture.
