What does the following semen analysis report suggest.... Volume--1.75ml, liquification time--15 minutes, reaction-- alkaline, total sperm--62 million, active motile--60%, sluggish motile--15%, non motile--25%, motile--75%, pus cells-- 6-8 hpf, rbc-- absent, ept-- 0-1

Hi welcome to the health care magic

The report is not complete

The mentioned sperm count and motility is normal according to WHO criteria
So no worry regarding that...

But here sperm Morphology and vitality has not been mentioned

Morphology esp has to be provided to say report complete normal semen
So acknowledge with Morphology report also

Six to eight pus cell can be present in semen, correlate it clinically
