What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Dear Doctor, Hope you will bw enjoying good health.
Sir I am married 1 year back and wish to have children.But couldn'et succed in our attempts.Formally,i have checked for SEMEN Aanlysis. My semen test analysis is like this:
Abstinance : 6 days,
Volume: 2 ml,
Color :CREAMY WHITE,
Reaction.Ph: alkaline.
Sperm count : 40 mill/ml,
Motility (Active Motile : 05%, Sluggish Motile: 25 % , Non Motile (dead): 70 % )
RBC : 0-1,
WBC :6-8.
It s being a big impact on my lifestyle.Hence,Can u plz suggest the detailed information & problems based on my report.Is there any abnormality? what could be the medication and treatment. Thanks

Hello,

Your sperm count is normal except for nonmotile sperms. This condition is called asthenozoospermia. Use of vitamins like C and E help in increased motility of sperms. More motile sperms are needed for successful fertility.
