PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Volume 2ml Colour Greyish white ­ Liquefaction Time with in 30min CHEMICAL EXAMINATION Reaction (pH) (Method : Methyl Red & Bromothymol Blue) 7.5 ­ MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Pus Cells 12­15/hpf ­ MORPHOLOGY Normal forms 90% % Abnormal forms 10% % SPERM NUMBER Total Sperm Count 30 Millions/ML mill/ejaculate MOTILITY AT ONE HOUR Active 20% % Sluggish 50% % Non Motile 30% Please answer to my query

Hi, I think you have got some semen infection. Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done. You may need some antibiotics. Your sperms motility is also less. It can be due to the infection. Count and morphology is within normal limits. You can take some antioxidant and vitamins supplements for 3 months. Repeat a semen analysis after one month.
