Hi, I think your semen analysis is normal according to the count and motility. Number of sperm with normal morphology is not mentioned. Otherwise it is normal. You can try for a pregnancy naturally if your wife's reports are normal. Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after the periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy. Hope it helps.
