What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?
My Semen analysis report is here as: volume 3.0 ml consistency Viscous Total sperm count 60 Million Moyility excellent Motile 20% active Motile 30% Sluggish 35% Immotile 15% Morphology: Normal 80% Abnormal 20 % Misc: Pus Cell 5-6 HPF My age is 31 years, wife age 25 Years and 20 month has passed away of my marriage but pregnancy was not done. I and my wife are worried. above report is recent but earlier report have total (excellent & active) Motile sperm 30% and sperm count was 64 million/ml. Doctor has said that my wife is normal for pregnancy. I belong from Pakistan. Thanks. Please give me the answer. comments on my report. i am waiting

Went through your post and I understand your concern not conceiving after 20months of being married, the report which have mentioned is normal and should not cause infertility I would suggest a course of antibiotics as there are 6 pus cells which is a bit higher. You can take ciprofloxacin 500 MG twice daily for a week and consult a gynecologist for fertility.
