How can someone treat Citrobacter koseri in the semen. please sir I have this semen result.Is it ok? Hi I think you should get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to find out the antibiotics which needs to be given to treat the infection. You have not mentioned the sperm count. If it is more than 15 million per ml, it is fine. Motility and morphology is in normal limits. You can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. Hope it helps.
