Hi doctor.Here is my husbands semen analysis result. We are trying for around 5 months. But no result. He consulted a doctor and took medicines like quantus and guaifenesin tablet(cervifen). Hi I think your semen liquefaction time is very high. It can be due to some infections. Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection. You can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. You may take antibiotic like doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 10 to 14 days empirically after consulting your doctor. Repeat a semen analysis after one month. If report is same, you can go for IUI.
