What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi doctor, Yesterday I went patho to have semen test. Please have a look on report and do give me suggestions on becoming father. Test report is as, Vol. 4ml pH 7.4 Total volume of sperm perm ml 75 Percentage motility 65 Progressive motile 40 Non progressive motile 25 Immotile 35 Vitality 70 Pussy cell 6-8 Normal morphology 65 Abnormal morphology 35

hiii.welcome to healthcare magic.i have gone through your semen analysis report.my opinion is that,
1.your sperm count, movement of the sperms, morphology of the sperms, all are normal.
2.i have found increased pus cells in your report,it suggests an infection in your reproductive tract.
3.kindly consult with your infertility specialist.they will prescribe antibiotics for you for certain period of time.
4.kindly take antibiotics regularly.after that ,they advise you for repeat semen analysis to rule out whether the infection is cleared or not.
