brother you have abnormal semen ...in such patients ..i advise patient to avoid alcohal ..smoking and hot baths and tight underwear ...secondly i check for BP...sugar and thyroid ...please also get urine test ..and last is fsh lh and trstosterone level ...if all are normal then please go for nutritious diet ...mutivitamin antioxidants...amd you may take some antibiotics for urine infection and tab speman for 90 days...speman shows good results in my patients who have everything else normal
