Hello welcome to the health care magic

Here in your report non motile sperm more. So cause has to be searched for.

Liquefaction time also delayed, so prostatic problem should be ruled out

Your further work up needed in form of pelvic or Trans rectal USG, serum TSH estimation.

Excess stress, excess heat, nutritional deficiency, mineral deficiency are also some of causes.

Hey fort like tablet might needed if mineral deficiency suspected

Smoking, alcohol is also causative factor.

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult physician or andrologist for examination and discuss your case
