What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Here is my semen test report...plz tell me whether this report is normal or not??? Days of Abstinence: 3 Physical Examination Volume : 3 ml Colour: Whitish Viscocity :Normal Liquifaction time: 30 Minutes Chemical Examination Reaction (PH): Alkaline Fructose: Present Microscopic Examination Sperm Count: 120 million/cu.mm Motility: 90% Motility Grade 1: 5 % (Minimum forward progression) Grade 2 :5 % (Poor to fair activity) Grade 3 :20 % (Good activity tail movement visualised) Grade 4: 60 % (Full activity with tail movement difficult to visualise) Pus Cells: 2-4 /hpf RBCs :2- 4 /hpf Epithelial Cells :Absent /hpf - Fat Globules Absent -

In the mentioned report, the morphology of sperm not mentioned. All other parameters are within the limit. Rapid sperm motility should be at least 32% to 40%, which is 60% here. Provide your clinical history in detail for giving more comment.
