What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?
Hi Doctor, I am Pawan Male 40yrs Few months back, I had sterilization done for me. Now for confirmation of result, I had Semen Analysis done. Following are the results. Everything seems to be ok but I am more concerned about interpreting Pus Cells(WBC) and RBC in sample. Can you please let me know if anything to worry for me? SEMEN ANALYSIS Colour : Whitish Appearance : Opaque Reaction : Alkaline Volume: 3.0 ml Liquefaction time :within 30 minutes Sperm count : No Sperm Seen Fructose : Positive Others Pus Cells : 2-3 /Hpf RBC: 1-2 /Hpf Please suggest

Up to 10 pus cells are considered as normal, everything is normal except for the presence of few RBC's. These few RBC can be ignored but can be attributed to mild inflammation.
