What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hello Sir, I am 38 years old and below is my report for semen examination. Would request your views on it. We are trying to conceive from last 1 years now. Regards, AS PERIOD OF ABSTINENCE 3 DAYS TIME OF COLLECTION 10:40AM EXAMINATION TIME 11:30AM VOLUME 2.0 mL PH 8.0 COLOR milke WHITE LIQUIFACTION 30 MINUTES VISCOSITY NORMAL Total sperm count 124 mil/ml Denisty 83 million Active sperm 35 million/ml MOTILITY 41% Class A (fast) 28.1% Class B (middle ) 3.5% Class C (slowly) 10.5% Class D ( slowly or notmove ) 57.9% rate of Deformity sperm 8.9% Spermatide 1-2 AGGULTINATES NOT SEEN RED CELLS NOT DETECTED /hpf PUS CELLS 1-2 AMORPHOUS DEPOSIT NOT DETECTED

Sperm count more than 15 million sperm per milliliter is normal. Motility of sperms including active and sluggish should be more than 40%. And about morphology, 80% should have normal morphology.

From your query, it is understood that your semen analysis was absolutely normal. May be the problem of not becoming father is from your partner also. Meet fertility specialist with your wife for successful pregnancy.
