Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your semen is showing increased pus cells in report. It is suggestive of acute infective condition of genital organs. For further work up USG pelvis can be done. Antibiotic course need to be prescribed for that. Because of infection sperm motility affected here. Semen culture can be done to choose appropriate antibiotic. Take care and consult urologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
