Hello,
You should undertake a course of antibiotics as azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 14 days as a measure to control leucocytes. You should take tab SPEMAN two tablets two times for 3 months.
It is a Himalaya drug company drug. Take any over the counter multivitamin antioxidant combination once a day.
Avoid smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs. Maintain adequate weight, blood sugar level and blood pressure. With these measures, you will get good results after 3 months.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
