I JUST HAD A SPERM TEST ... 10 MILLION ... NIL RED BLOOD CELLS ... EPITHETICAL CELLS NIL ... MORPHOLOGY WITHIN LIMITS ... PUS CELLS 2-3 ... MORTILITY 60% ... NON MORTILE 40% ... APPEARANCE CREAMY ... VOLUME 2.5ml ... VISCOSITY NORMAL ... IS THIS A GOOD OR BAD RESULT ?

Your all semen parameters are within range except sperm count seems to be little bit low. You have to again repeat your semen analysis report after three days of sexual abstinence period.
If still sperm count low then rule out underlying cause like smoking, alcohol, varicocele, testosterone insufficiency etc.
