semen analysis result is as follows Appearance : watery Visxosit; normal Volume :5ml Percentage active motile : 20% Percentage sluggish : 40% Percentage dead : 40% Total sperm autoloader count : 20x106cells/ml Morphology : 70% normal, 30%abnormal Pus cell : ++ Rock : Nill Epithelial cells: 2-4Hpf What can I do pls
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your semen analysis report you have 5 ml semen volume. Sperm count is 20 million sperms per ml which is slightly low. As per motility, Actively motile cells are 20 % , Sluggish motile are 40 % & rest are Dead cells. As per morphology there are 70 % sperms of normal shape, which is also normal. You also have some pus cells & Epithelial cells: 2-4Hpf which are not significant. So all togethar you should be suffering from asthenospermia, which is low sperm motility. There is also low sperm count also to some extent. This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing.
