Hi,
The following can be inferred based on the
semen analysis report you have furnished.
1. pH of 8 is normal as normal semen has alkaline pH
2. The color of the grey-white is normal.
3.
Spermatozoa count of 60 million can be considered as normal
sperm count ranges from 15 million to 200 million per ml of semen.
4.
Sperm motility with 40% actively motile is below normal.
5. Sperm morphology is showing less % of abnormal forms and hence can be considered as normal.
6. Pus cells of 1 - 2/HPF is considered to be normal and is not indicating presence of any infection.
Hence, except for sperm motility, other features can be considered to be normal.
Kindly take medications containing L-carnitine,
Alpha lipoic acid, Lecithin, CoQ10, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc, which will provide appropriate nutrients for sperm maturity and functioning.
You need to take it for 3 months and get a semen analysis done again to look for the improvement.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
