What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

Dear Doctor,Please what is the indication of the following in my semen analysis.Macrophages: Occasional Pus Cells : 5-6/hpf Epithelia Cells: 1-2/hpf PH: 8.0 others seems to be very correct according to my own understanding.Semen Count: 170million/ml Progressively Motile: 65% Sluggishly Motile: 15% Non Motile: 20% Liquefaction: 1hr Thanks. awaiting your response

Liquefaction time seems a bit high. Though rest of the parameters are OK. Liquefaction time high could lead to problems in conception. You can recheck with a fresh sample in another lab
