What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Suggest?

i have the result of the semen analysis i do not understand the results sperm acount is 43 ph 8.0 morphology normal motility after collection after i hour out range 2L AFTER 2 HOUR 1L AFTER 4 HOURS 0L RBC NONE WBC 0-3 VOLUME 3.0 COLOR APPEREARENCE GRAY CLOUDY THIS FOR A PREGANCY TEST IF THIS SPERM GOOD FOR THAT OR NOT PLEASE ADVICE THANK U

Hello

Report suggests normal findings.
Volume and PH of semen is normal.
Sperm count is normal.Normally count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Motility of sperms is also normal.Motility should be at least 55 % sperms.
Few pus cells are acceptable.
