I consulted a urologist and he suggested a medicine called Popson and Ubiphene-25 mg for 3 months. After 20 days, I again underwent a semen analysis test and the report shows, Total VOlume-3.4. In Ultrasound of Scrotum scan, my report says : Left Small Volume Testis. Right Grade- I VARICOCELE. Left Grade- II VARICOCELE. Bilateral reactionary tunical collection. Eagerly waiting for your reply Sir. Thank You.

Hi,

Your reports of semen analysis are not in desired level. With such reports pregnancy may be difficult, though not impossible. Though your second report is some what better than 1st one, still, you need treatment to improve your chances of successful conception. Definitely, the medicines you are taking seem okay, as these both improve the count and quality of sperms as well as they increase the fertility in males.

Still, the presence of varicocele in both testes, particularly, small left testis in your case, may be due to presence of some infection of the testis etc. Hence, in my opinion, you need to have complete treatment of these deficiencies also to increase fertility level, the treatment may be by medicines or surgery, as advised by your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
