What Does The Following Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Hello, Appearance: Creamy White Consistency: Normal Volume 2.0 ml pH: 8.0 Liqufication 30 min Total sperm count 20 million / ml Sperm Motility: Rapid Progression 10 % Slow Progression 10 % Non Progressive Motility 10 % Immotile 70 % Morphology Normal 20 % Abnormal 80% Head defects 20 % Tail Defects 20 % Mid Piece Defects 20 % Immature 20 % Pus cells 2-3 / hpf epithelial cells 1-2 /hpf Please guide is it ok or not... what to do?

In report attached here two things mainly abnormal.....
First there are 70% immotile sperm , normally it is less then 10%.....
Second sperm morphology is defective in more amount....
Cause has to be searched for....
Excess stress can affect this result....
Heat excessively and tight clothes and underwear can lead it....
Vitamin and mineral deficiency also can lead it.esp...vitamin b12 , vitamin c and zinc.
Certain hormonal drug like steroid can affect it.
Avoud bad habit that affect sperm like smoking and alcohol.....
If semen analysis not done at least 3 days abstinence then abnormal result can come.
So analysis done with three days abstinence.
Finally if No cause revealed genetic study done for which andrology lab consulted.
