What Does The Following Semen Test Report Indicate?

my semen test is abnormal but the previous one is volume. 2.0ml, colour, viscosity, and liquefaction are normal. Reaction is Alkaline, leucocytes is 8-10/HPF, count is 21million/ml, total count is 42million/ejaculation. Mortility is linear activity is seen to be in the range of 22% of the available spermatozoa. Morphology is some spermatozoa conform with normal morphology, size and however abnormal forms are also seen. what does it mean?

Sperm count is just 42million- normal range 40-300million but motility is far low 22% -- need atleast 50%.
