What Does The Following Semen Test Result Indicate?

Hi yesterday i took semen routine test please find below my test result



epithelial cells - 1-2 hpf

rbcs- 4-6 hpf

pus - 3-5 hpf

reaction - alkaline

Liquefication - 25 min

viscosity - viscose

colur - whitish grey

please advice.

Hello

Your report suggests semen infection.
Infection is indicated by presence of pus cells and RBC in semen.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,culture and sensitivity of semen,colour doppler of scrotum.
Proper antibiotics depend upon culture and sensitivity report.
Other findings like liquefaction time is normal.
