What Does The Following Sinus CT Report Indicate?

I just got the results of my sinus CT any looking at the images, almost my entire right maxillary sinus cavity is filled with bubbles. I will see a ENT on Monday, but I m curious what those bubbles are? I m unable to find any pictures online that look like it, despite extensive searching.

It could be a sign of chronic sinusitis. Air is a normal finding and does not indicate any serious disease condition.
