What Does The Following Sonography Report Indicate?
Hi doctor.. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and and now ultrasound and sonography report came and it shows fundo anterior wall of the uterus and the baby is in cephalic position and excess amountcof liquid amni present.largest pocket is 8.7 cm..is it normal????

There are a few abnormaities but they can al be corrected snd managed without any consequences on the baby. A cephalic position is easy to deliver and the polyhydramnios (high amount of amniotic fluid) can be dealt with by a safe procedure called amniocentesis. If at all required, medications can be used but I recommend the simple 5 minute ultrasound guided procedure.
