What Does The Following Sonography Report Indicate?
My tvs impression.... one nongravid retoverted uterus with preovulatory endometrium, with anterior subserosal leiomyoma uterii. The rest of the myometrium is heterogenous.. left ovary seen with physiologic cyst probably dominant follicle. No free fluid in the culdesac
Hello Dear. There is a small fibroid in your uterus. Fibroids will be present in many women due to hormonal changes. It will regress after menopause in most cases. It can be left untreated if it doesnt cause any problem. If there are symptoms like irregular uterine bleeding etc, then it needs to be surgically removed.
