What Does The Following Sonography Report Suggest?

My obstetric songraphy at 31 wks shows mild prominence of bilateral fetal renal pelvi calyceal system noted then at 37 wks it shows right renal pelvis is 5mm & LEFT RENAL pelvis 3.7 mm is it any harm to my baby after birth or what is the cause of this ? How it will resolve and what is the treatment or management? Is it congenital anomaly?

Hello,

These reports are suggestive for mild blockage of the urinary flow of fetus. so you may get repeated ultrasound of the fetus. If it is deteriorating please consult your pediatrician/pediatric surgeon/urologist they will guide you.
