Active Motile- 50%
Sluggish motile- 30 %
non motile- 20 %
Morphology:
Normal forms- 50%
Abnormal forms- 50%
Pus cells- 06-08/HPF
Epithelial cells- NIL
RBC Others- L Immuture form seen
Impression- normospermia with secondary infection.

It was perfectly normal report.
your sperm count and its structure is normal. some infection found in the semen .
so kindly do culture to fix the organism. Depends on the result you can take proper treatment with the help of urologist or physician.
