What Does The Following Sperm Analysis Report Indicate?

hello doc my sperm count is 62 mn/ml , active motile is 30 sluggish motile is 10 non motile is 60 pus cells is 6-8 abnormal forms is 30 can i become father of my second child,,,as we have been trying for the last two months but not able to. please advise...i have started taking paternia plus tablet one daily regards : gopal

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have normal sperm count and normal sperm motility
Normal total sperm motility should be > =40%.
You have just 40%. So pregnancy can be possible.
Normal pus cell in the sperm is up to 5 cell/hpf.
So it could be due to infection.
I would suggests to consult the urologist and undergo the semen culture and if required color doppler to rule out any abnormality.
If infection will be there, antibiotic course is required.
Clomiphene citrate and gonadil F will help in improvement of the motility.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise like walking and yoga for 45-60 minutes in the morning.
Drink plenty of water and take adequate sleep for 6-8 hours.
