What Does The Following Sperm Analysis Report Mean?

Yesterday I had visited doctor for semen analysis, my reports is like this : motile = 25% , sluggish = 30%, non motile = 45%. Count of sperm 29 million/ml. i got married 6 months before, we trying to have baby every month but still no luck, is there serious problem in my report?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different aspects of semen analysis and a lot is missing from the above report.

The sperm count of 29 million is good and motility is okay though a little low.

There is no mention of the volume/amount of sample, the appearance/morphology of the sperm, the presence of red blood cells or white blood cells, liquefaction time.

These factors would impact of fertility as well so should be checked.
