What Does The Following Sperm Analysis Report Suggest?

Appearence: homogenous,grey-opalescent
Liquefaction: Volume:4.4
Ph:8.1
Concentration:45
Motility:46%
Progressive:26%
Non progressive:20%
Total sperm count:198 million
Total motile sperm count: 91 million
Vitality: 62%
Morphology
Normal: 1 krugers criteria ≥4
Immature: few
Round cells:1.7
WBC:Agglutination:0
Debris: n/s
Classification: mild asthenoteratospermia

Please, let me know your analysis on the values. Whether I will be able to have a baby in a normal way?,tnx.Godbless.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Let me know you your semen report done very nicely including vitality also ...

Here only problem is less sperm progressive motility that is 26%..
According to WHO it is 32% normally...So mild asthenospermia...

And sperm morphology slightly abnormal but according to latest who criteria atleast 4 % morphology normal sperm should person have..(strict criteria)

So no major problem is there ...

You can concieve normally ...

For this mild motility problem hey forte tablet like drug can be given
Avoid hot shower and stress ....

Strickly avoid smoking and alcohol ...

If after frequent unprotected intercourse cant conceive than we will think further ...
