What Does The Following Sperm Analysis Report Suggest?

Hey doc. Im 26 yrs old and this is my sperm analysis. Am i still able to father children or should it be better? Volume: 1.8 Sperm Count: 74mil Motility: 70% Non- Motile: 15% Non-progressive: 15% Morphology: 33% Everything else with liquidifcation and the others were all normal.

Understand your concern
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis.
Volume: 2-6____________________1.8_____sligh low
Total sperm count: > 40 millions___________74____normal
Total motility:40% or more_____________85%___normal
Progressive motility:32% or more_________70%___normal
Morphology: 4% or more_________33% _____normal
So no problem in your semen analysis.
volume is slight low, but it does not cause problem as motility and volume are excellent.
Take high protein diet, grren leafy vegetable and fresh fruits, drink plenty of water.
Do regualr exercise like walking and yoga.
You can become father of child.
