General & Family Physician, Dr. Haripriya's Response
Hello,
Thank you for the question. In general if the sperm count is more than 40 million is considered to be normal with a maximum range upto 300 million. Your sperm count is 60 million which is Normal as far as the sperm count is considered. The second parameter considering the morphology or in common terms about the shape of the sperm - your active cells (AC) are 60% where in more than 50% is considered normal.
Erythrocytes represents blood in sperm which is Nil in your case and 6-8 pus cells usually doesn't mean anything alarming as it might be due to some mild infection. In other words I personally don't think that you would have any problem as per the reports to impregnate a woman.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Haripriya
