What Does The Following Spinal MRI Test Result For Rib Pain Indicate?
in 1991 had thoracic surgery due to blown disc at thatt time unable to remove all, due to being to close to spinal cord. pain controlled for many years. now at age 62 having worsening and new pain sometimes severe. this pain in both sides of ribs and lumbar, my daily activities have decreased 50% percent, mri shows narrowing of the spine with bone spurs.and thoracic spinal stenosis referred to pain clinic. My question = is common treatment Gabapentin and Amitriptyline along with oxycodone (which seems to cause more pressure to ribs ) also is rib pain associated with stenosis

Please find my advice below-: 1)As per your history you must have tried all conservative methods,so now do it in surgical repair which is not a difficult procedure in general anesthesia .
