Your stool showing only the presence of yeast that is fungi. It could be because of contamination as well. I suggest you to investigate further with stool culture to find causative organism and fungus if present.
According to causative organism treatment guided. If no organism isolated then it could be viral infection and Symptomatic management done for that.
