General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Sunil Babu, Hi

Report indicates a kidney stone in the lower part of the left ureter.

I can understand your problem.

After having gone through the ultrasound scanning report given in your query, I am of the opinion that you have a ureteric stone measuring about 4 mm in sine and located in the lower part of left ureter (the tube which drains the urine from the kidney to the urinary bladder).

Consult a urologist for further evaluation and treatment.
Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids to maintain a very good urine output so as to eliminate the stone through the urine.

Hope to have answered your query.

A feed back is appreciated.
