Direct smear negative for intra/extracellular gram (-) diploccoci. Noted only were numerous gram (+) cocci singly & in pairs; moderate gram (+) bacilli; numerous pus cells (too numerous to count); & few squamous epithelialcells.Hi what does it mean of this

Start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion .
